For health and safety reasons all products returned to Glass Expansion must be free from hazardous materials. Please ensure they are cleaned, dry and safe for handling before returning to Glass Expansion.

Any returned products that are dirty, wet or contain dangerous goods will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.

Where do I find my serial number?
The serial number is etched on the product itself (glass or body), and also printed on the box label. Enter it exactly as shown; use commas for multiple units of the same product.
